Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) / Municipal Building Services (YDOM)

Protocol for the automated issuance of a building permit under Categories 1, 2, and 3 where pre-approval is mandatory or voluntarily obtained (Arts. 35–36 Law 4495/17). Once an authorised engineer submits a complete dossier via the TEE e-Adeies platform, the permit is issued automatically within 3 working days. A post-issuance levy and budget check by YDOM follows.
